Yoga for the Terrified
This taster course is spread over 3 weeks ; led by Sue Salmon.
A gentle introduction to Yoga practice for those who have always wanted to try Yoga but never dared!
Participants will need to bring their own mat and a cushion for support.
The course of 3 weeks starts on Thursday 23rd September, continues on 30th September and 7th October and is repeated in November on Thursdays 11th, 18th & 25th
