Sashiko Stitching Workshop

Tickets priced at £9 per attendee. Workshop will last for two hours.

Create your own denim patch inspired by the Japanese art of sashiko. Following the simple steps sew the persimmon flower stitch, a decorative as well as practical stitch for reinforcing and decorating your clothes. Some sewing experience may be an advantage. Suitable for ages 13 and up. All materials and equipment provided.

We ask that all children are accompanied by an adult.

This workshop has been donated by the artist to the Hive as a fundraiser.

Ticket sales will go towards supporting the Hive to continue delivering creative activities and workshops to improve wellbeing.
